Ниже приведен полный текст нашей жалобы в SIXT - коротко- При аренде Мерседеса в Германии по факту была заблокирована на карте 3-ная (!) сумма, ок. 8000 евро. Шины были почти лысые, цепи не соответствовали размерам колес. На многочисленные просьбы обменять цепи - никакого ответа. Ездить было невозможно, машина неуправляемая. Никогда не обращайтесь в SIXT - так не работают. Please be informed that I've took the Mercedes in Munich (res.# 6046956563). I've met the following problems which must show you the level of SIXT service 1. In spite of my advance on-line registration nothing was ready at the desk and I had to wait for filling-in docs and accessories pick-up in airport. 2. The double amount of rent was blocked on my card upon car receipt (around 5, 6 K EURO!). 3. The conditions of tyres were so bad that it was abolutely impossible and dangerous to drive on snow road (Germany/Austria). 4. The provided winter chains were unproper size and not possisble to lock and use. The Hotline service was immediately informed about but finally we were charged the chains cost as well. 5. Numerous phone calls to German and Russian representatives gave no relusts for chains exchange (you should listen to records). Taking into account the extremely snow storms Jan 2012 we happened to be locked without any vehicle. 5.Upon the car return the Sixt sharged us extra 2750 (!) euro. As a result - Nowhere in the rent tules is stipulated that we must have triple amount on credit card. - Before hand-over the vehicle your tehnical service must check the appropriate condition of car and accessories. It's fully SIXT responsability. All the above mentioned enforce us to switch to another car-rent company, inform audience (both english and russian) about level of your service. Waiting for your excuse and refund!.
